Juan Pablo “JP” Salvat has lived and breathed coffee for most of his life.
Before bringing BoFax Coffee to Fairfax, JP spent years building one of Jacksonville, Florida’s most respected independent coffee brands: Paco’s Coffee. There, he roasted, packaged, and served his own label - earning a reputation for quality, depth of knowledge, and uncompromising standards. He didn’t just run a coffee shop; he mastered the craft from green bean sourcing to final pour.
After relocating to Fairfax a couple years ago, JP continued shaping the industry from behind the scenes, consulting with respected coffee companies and most recently worked with Mr. Espresso. His expertise spans roasting some of the finest coffee on the East Coast, training baristas in technique and discipline, and servicing commercial coffee equipment with technical precision.
But at heart, JP is happiest behind the bar - pulling shots, steaming milk, and connecting with people one cup at a time.
